We do not disclose nonpublic personal information, except as we are permitted by law to service and processing providers and joint marketing firms, without seeking customer approval.


4. SERVICE PROVIDER / JOINT MARKETING EXCEPTION

We may disclose all of the information we collect, as described in Section 1 of this notice, to companies that provide service and processing, perform marketing services on our behalf or to other financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements, as permitted by law.


5. CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY

We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to “those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you.” We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.
